Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the Prompt Inżynier website, available at prompt-inzynier.pl.

The website and the services offered under the Prompt Inżynier brand are operated by Golden Saunas sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kluczbork, Poland. Golden Saunas sp. z o.o. is the party to contracts with clients and issues the sales documents.

The website includes, in particular: the home page, the n8n automation page, the contact form, the Prompt Engineering Studio tool and the prompt template library.

The website presents services for implementing AI-based solutions and business process automation, and provides a free tool for creating and analysing prompts (Prompt Engineering Studio).

The detailed scope and terms of implementation services are agreed with each client in a separate contract.

To use the website you need an internet-connected device with an up-to-date browser and JavaScript enabled. Saving your work in the Studio requires the browser to allow local storage (localStorage).

You must use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with these terms.

In particular, you must not take any action that could disrupt the website, including attempts at unauthorised access to IT systems, automated form submissions or circumventing technical limits.

The contact form is for sending an enquiry about working together or a question to the team. Submitting the form does not create a contract.

Please provide accurate contact details and do not send confidential information or sensitive data through the form. How we process form data is described in the Privacy policy.

Prompt Engineering Studio is a free tool that is still in development (“In development”). Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be withdrawn.

Your work in the Studio (prompts, drafts, history) is saved only in your browser’s storage. We do not back it up: clearing your browser data or switching devices means losing it. Use the export function to keep important prompts.

You are responsible for the content you enter. You must not enter the following in the Studio (or in messages to our team):

• passwords, one-time codes and login credentials;
• access tokens, API keys and private keys;
• payment card data or other data that allows payments to be made;
• trade secrets and information covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA);
• any other information that should not be disclosed, including personal data of third parties shared without a legal basis.

The Studio may offer an optional AI assist. It is off by default; once you enable and start it, the prompt text is sent through the operator’s n8n instance to an external AI model provider (OpenAI) to generate a result. Details are in the Privacy policy.

The feature may be subject to usage limits and may be temporarily unavailable. AI-generated results may be incomplete or wrong; verify them yourself before relying on them, especially in a legal or business context.

Content on the website, including graphics, texts and templates, is legally protected. Any use beyond what the law permits requires the operator’s consent.

When you use the optional AI assist, you authorise the operator to process the content you enter only to the extent necessary to generate the result.

The operator’s liability towards users is excluded or limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.

The operator makes every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that it is complete.

The operator is not liable for the consequences of disclosing confidential data that a user has entered contrary to these terms.

You can submit complaints about how the website works to [email protected], describing the problem and giving an email address for our reply. We will handle them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt.

The website may link to third-party websites. The operator is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

These terms may be changed if the law changes or the website’s features change significantly. We will announce changes visibly on the website.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes relating to the use of the website are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered office; for consumers, jurisdiction is determined under the general rules.

This document is available in Polish, English, German and Ukrainian. Only the Polish version is legally binding; the other versions are provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
